you need to soften the curves of her face to make her look more feminine, Xor (and/or for you non coders) make a big of highlighting on the left side of her face. also, the arm and the bow needs some shading, to match the rest of the pic.

Oh It needs more than that I know, I hope to repaint it - but I'll have to strip the colors and rework some of the line art (her hand is floaty too )
