Odd, not bad just odd. The only thing I'd say to do is crop the image, which can be done on Admin mode right.

Too much white space!!!

Is this not compleated or is it supposed to be like that?

As it was pointed out before, there is too much space. Try cropping it on some computer program, whether it be on your scanner program, or just plain old MS Paint. We can't really see the whole picture, either, so, how about resizing it?

Fixed it.

Is it in pencil? If you scan it in in B+W then pencil will only show up if it's dark, but if you scan it in color, then you'll be able to see the lighter pencil marks too.

This has a good emotion to it. It's just a little hard to see. (if it's not one thing it's another...)

Ah, there we go. As Susie Q said, if you have it at that setting, turn it off. Otherwise, you put the contrast too high. @__@;; But I can see it now. But the mood is all soft and peaceful. I like it. :3

Great job! I really like the emotion you put into the characters. It really suits the way the pic is done. But like everyone else is saying, you should change the setting!

My scanner's color function doesn't work right, for some reason, it distorts the picture. This was drawn with a fine point sharpie, the reason it's so sketchy is becuase I scanned it on Black Draft instead of Black Normal. I didn't fix it though, becuase I liked the effect it gave.
