bloody_link.PNGLink has hinamizawa syndrome!108 viewsEither Link's killed a lot of enemies, or he's got hinamizawa syndrome and killed his friends. Ahahahahaha! Okay, seriously I have no clue why I drew this. This was a real quick slipshod drawing in paint, so that explains why its not very good.

Darnaku.jpg
Darnaku.jpgDurnaku272 viewsThis is the first of my darknut designs. The first and formost change is the name. These are enemies that you fear to fight in Wind Waker, that are great and ruthless fighters, yet they have one of the worst names. So I changed it to durnaku (Dur Na Ku). At least that is what they would call themselves in their own tounge. I could see hylain common folk calling them darknuts for a shorter, easier to remember name (like gator for Alligator). They still have their bulging design seen in Wind Waker, but they have become more animal like as well. This design is the base of the Durnaku. All other designs will be based on this( The same goes for my Goron and Zora, they are all bases to draw on). I plan to do a armored Durnaku, and also a wild one, untamed by the dark powers and fully animalistic in nature. Keep an eye out for them4 commentsBraxis

Evilocity.jpgEvilocity415 viewsAll of the BADDIES from WW... well most of them. umm... this was a really quick scrap together. It almost took me longer to open the files than it did to actually arrange, edit, etc. I'd like to come out with a final draft, but i will need your help to give me ideas, tell me i suck and that i should start over, or tell me that this is good enough to be the final draft... whichever is best for u9 commentsdude_thats_evil

Explorar.jpgDesert Dancer Malon889 viewsYou know? I think I may start uploading my sketches here in the scraps, I tend to doodle a lot during classes XD That's bad, boys and girl, you shouldn't do it! The Dan is a registered professional, so he has license to do things he isn't supposed to do during classes, always remember that.

And well, just like the title says, Desert Dancer, Malon. Yes, Malon! Our sweet ranch girl is part Gerudo, and like any of her desert sisters, well, she's a warrior at heart. She doesn't uses the typical twin scimitars of the Gerudos, she prefers claws, like Link's. Her lovely and sensual dance hides deadly movement that she uses to finish her enemies in a blink.
Here we can see her with her Gerudo outfit, I'm not very sure of what to change to it, but I'm sure I'm gonna change something.

As you can see, Mal is very different from Ari. The red has bigger breast, round hips, longer hair, and is very feminine, everything Ari wants in a girl X)

Goron weapons.jpg
Goron weapons.jpgGoron Weapons442 viewsHear are a few goron weapons as I see them. They are all based around the concept that they would be used to hack, bash, and do a lot of damage( and in the hammer and pic-ax's case, work) with.

The Spiked Club- This is a simple weapon used to bash in helms, armor, and other various things.

The Sword- The goron race is known for there steel work. However, the Goron knife found in the game is more of a hylain weapon, made to be used by a strong hylain warrior. Sword made for themselves however, would be much different. Being so strong, the Goron would make a heavy thick sword, not so much elegant as it is powerful. Because of a gorons physique, I thought it better to make it a one handed sword.

Hammer- Of course the gorons will have a hammer in their inventory. The megaton hammer, being one of the strongest weapons in the game, became a base for this hammer. This one looks like it has some bells and whistles on it, but it certainly looks like it would get the job done.

Bomb- The most well known weapon of the gorons, Bombs are made from the harvested bomb flowers that grow on death mountain. One question thats always bothered me, is how do they work? Here is my theroy. Bombflowers contain two powerful substances in them. When mixed the reaction is explosive. One substance is right under the shell, one is in a membrane in the middle, which is connected to the root. In a young state, unharvest bombflowers that are picked immaturely calapse their membrane and mix instantaniously, becoming a instant bomb and explode shortly after being picked. A harvested bomb have a harder shell, and are picked when ripe. They can be carried for a long time, and when needed, must be bashed against a hard object to colapse the membrance and begain the reaction which will finish a few seconds later with a bang.

Pic-Ax- Now, this would be more of a work tool, but most weapons in medieval battles were work weapons, so I added this baby in there. It could certainly do some damage, and it was fun to draw.

Chain Foil- Need a place cleared of enemies fast and easy, take out this thing. This is made to utterly pulverize anything it hits.

Shield- The gorons are a hardy race, but even they need protection from pole arms, and strong swords, So I gave them a shield that can be worn as a gauntlent on a free arm, that bashes away a attack and opens up room for a counter-strike.

Well thats it. If Anyone has any suggestions for other weapons for the goron race please comment. Ill put up a warrior outfit for the gorons soon, to go with these weapons. Expect Zoran weapons soon too.

horse_race_3.midHorse/Goron race150 viewsI'm alive!!! this song has actually been in the making since early January. I've just been really busy and I haven't had much time to do it. And in case you were wondering, yes, I got the idea of making music from dte. but the difference is that he plays his on a keyboard and i sit at my computer like a nerd and click the music into the computer to play. easier, but more tedious.
so anyway, there's a story which goes along with the song to explain the insanity. You're at the top of a mountain with some Ingo-type guy for some reason (I'll leave that up to you). Then you somehow make the Gorons angry at you (remember, they're enemies in TP) and the whole city/tribe/pack or them starts rolling at you. Ingo (or whoever) blames it on you and tries to attack you while you both run to your horses. then you start running down the mountain, with an avalanche of gorons and boulders behind you. you have to avoid them as they pass you, dodge the boulders and bomb flowers ahead of you, and fight Ingo all at the same time.

LoZ2--Treasure_Bag.jpgZelda 2 AoL Treasure Bag70 viewsThe Treasure Bag in Zelda 2: Adventure of Link.

It's kinda bizarre that Zelda 2: AoL is the one of the few Zelda games (if not the ONLY official Zelda game) that has EXP. Anyway, the treasure bag gives you a little extra experience points. Careful, though--some are menacing mimics that hide enemies!

I used a sprite as a reference.

rickyrulz.jpgRicky > Link220 viewsYes it's true the roo is greater than the rider. >:3

Having played Oracle games recently I realised that Link is such a pain-in-the-ass to control, I'm not bashing the difficulty factor because gamers love a new challenge, and all Zelda games start with just 3 hearts meaning the monsters can inflict tremendous damage to your life-force, BUT here you always seem to come off worse whenever fighting a screen full of enemies, the hero moves like a stoned snail and his sword is pathetically weak! (you can't upgrade it until the last leg of the quest) …don't even get me started on those damn electrified monsters. ]:x

My annoyance sky-rocketed after the first few dungeons; then I found Ricky, and I actually started enjoying the game again. This kangaroo kicks ass! Ricky can move far faster, attacks bad guys like crazy, jump over cliffs easily, and unleashes powerful mini-tornados upon command. =3

Pity you can't take this companion into the dungeons. >.>
