Itzpapalotl_by_dan_heron.jpgItzpapalotl477 viewsItzpapalotl is the name of an Aztec goddess, the literall translation would be something like "Clawed Butterfly" or "Obsidian Butterfly", making reference to the beauty of knowledge and the strenght of death. She was a fearsome goddess with painting over her face depicting a skull, who ruled over the paradise world of Tomoanchan. In Aztec Mythology, is the highest paradise in the heavens; in the Aztec creation myth, it is here that the gods created the present race of humans after Quetzalcoatl and his Nahual had gathered the bones and ashes from the previous race.
Itzpapalotl, or Papa as Ari keeps calling her, is the goddess of death in my Legend of Zelda fic. As many of you know, instead of making deities and spirits for my fic, I'm using Aztec ideas. Papa is one of them.
Now, you may think that death is horrible and macabre or stuff. Well, for most Mexicans, that's a pretty laughable thought. We learn to live and be happy with death since we are little children. That's why the fearsome is a random girl

kasui.jpgWild Happiness632 viewsYeh, I know some people is gonna hate me, but Kasui and Ruto break up in the fic.
Fortunately, they find love again, so don’t be sad for them.
Kasui (the guy) is a Zora and Laetita, is a Ghoma. After he and Ruto broke up, Kasui became very bitter and even more violent than he already was. His hate for the Pristine Army reached the extreme and Link and Koshamu had to stop it more than once from doing something stupid.
He started to develop feelings for Laetita, unfortunately, the girl was part of the White Cross ranks. The Tecolotls aren’t exactly Crosses, they are more like hired arms to fight the Quetzals.
Laetita had a really hard time trying to cope with her feelings and her duties, and she and Kasui fought many times for the control of the Holy Spirits of the Nahuals, Balams and Alebrijes. Kasui always beat her. Still, he never could bring himself to finish her off.
After some time, they decided that their love was worth defying some rules
Title comes from Laetita name, latin for Happiness

ruto.jpgI'm not Persephone745 viewsIf you were wondering what happened to Ruto, well, here’s your answer.
The Zora Princess really had a bad time after she broke up with Kasui, not only with her heart, but with her duties as a princess. Lots of political crap, attempts of murder, and more shit happened to her.
Nahual was part of the Pristine Army’s experiments to create weapons out of Toerre’s fauna. Made after a wolfos, he is in extreme loyal and obviously strong. He was made to be a killing machine, but he is in extreme pacifist.
The title was inspired by Tori Amos’s song, “Pandora’s Aquarium”. There is a line that says “I’m not asking you to believe in me, boy I think you’re confused, I’m not Persephone”. It relates to what Ruto tells to Nahual after he tries to leave for the first time. With her heart on her hands, she begs him to not leave, because in Hyrule he will be accepted. He doesn’t believe her. Then she says that she isn’t asking him to believe in her, just to give her a chance to prove it to him.
