LoZ2_Fairy.jpgZelda 2 AoL Fairy Spell744 viewsLink probably had trouble getting the keys, so he's using the Fairy Spell to get through a door in the Maze Palace, in Zelda 2: Adventure of Link.
Sprites, official art, and screenshots were references (as well as artistic license). See "Zelda 2 AoL Shield Spell" for why the name of the spell is not in the artwork itself.DBoyWheeler

LoZ2_Candle.jpgZelda 2 AoL Candle743 viewsThe (red) Candle in Zelda 2: Adventure of Link, which makes traversing caves MUCH safer.
Here it is in the first palace--Parapa Palace! Crack crack crack the egg into the bowl! (Get it? Oh, never mind.)
Anyway, I used the manual scan as a reference for the candle, and VGMaps.com (with some artistic license) for the palace backdrop.DBoyWheeler
